Lends to rich, but not sticky and easy spreadable creme formulations, with a very soft and light feeling. It's a robust  viscosity building backbone for stable cremes even without the need of wallpaper paste like gel building polymers in water phase.

This is the only one of several other tested  emulsifiers which never ever failed.
It gives robust stable emulsions. Improves remarkable the viscosity of a cream.
