BREXIT rules since Jan 1st 2021

Dear UK customer,
due to Brexit agreement with EU, many changes occured ruling trade between EU countries and United Kingdom.
Here is an "operative" summary that explains how to buy from Glamour Cosmetics.

Shipping rules

Due to damages, losses and in general to unreiability of couriers, we don't ship to UK. Shipment is fully in charge to the customer that needs to organize withdrawal to our warehouse. Please follow these rules:

1. Set-up shopping cart at your convenience according to the minimum order required
2. Choose "Pick-up in store" during check-out
3. Contact us for shipping details (weight box size, etc.) and coordinate with us for courier appointment

Payment rules

After the order is completed payment must be authorized and placed after confirmation. So, please don't pay before our authorization. If we cannot accept the order and we must refund unauthorized payment, a fee of 10 Euros is applied.

First order rules

In order to accomplish fiscal duties, UPS is in charge to collect VAT (and custom duty if required) from you.
Please follow these guidelines:

1. All customers must supply fiscal data and EORI code. You can easily obtain EORI code from fiscal authority - also private citizens have their own
2. After registration, please contact us, in order not to pay VAT that the software could apply automatically
3. Minumum order is 200 Euro + shipping

Order rules

To place orders, please follow these guidelines:

1. Order must be confirmed (see above)
2. VAT must be paid by the customer. For further info please read the below article
3. Duties if applied by UK government must be paid to the courier
4. Orders cannot be shipped back. Uncollected orders won't be refunded
