International operators are welcome on Glamour Cosmetics®!
To make purchases, registration is required, including the company name, VAT number, and either the SDI code or certified email (PEC). The process takes less than two minutes and can be completed [here].
The prices listed on the website apply to all customers and are calculated based on product usage and format, using a descending price scale.
Displayed prices include VAT, but for authorized business users, prices should be understood as VAT excluded.
To place an order, you must log in using the email address and password set during registration.
Only available products and formats can be purchased on the site. Out-of-stock or on-request products CANNOT be added to the cart.
Once shopping is complete, proceed to checkout and follow the step-by-step instructions. Payment can be made immediately or at a later time. All relevant payment information is available [on this page].
To avoid having the order processed as a simple receipt, an invoice must be requested using the "Notes" field during checkout or by sending an email immediately after placing the order, specifying the order number.
The minimum invoice amount is €50.00 including VAT. Invoices for smaller amounts may be issued upon request, with an additional €5.00 fee (including VAT) as a handling charge.
Invoices may be issued monthly as a summary of multiple orders.
International customers are welcome!
Within the EU, transactions are VAT-exempt for operators with a valid VIES VAT number. For tax regimes that do not allow VAT exemption, the invoice will include Italian VAT.
For companies outside the EU, including Switzerland, invoices are issued VAT-free under the Reverse Charge regime.
In countries with special tax regimes, such as San Marino, the Canary Islands, and Madeira, invoices are not issued.
Technical documentation is available on the product page of the website. Datasheets are released and updated over time.
Access requires registration and login. Technical documents are available exclusively to customers registered as businesses or professionals. This status is automatically assigned upon issuance of the first invoice.
If a customer cannot find a specific datasheet, they may request it by referencing the related purchase order, and we will make it available on the site.
Certificates of Analysis must be requested after placing an order and will be sent via email.
To request them, you must provide the order or invoice number. Certificates are issued only for ingredients intended for production use and NOT for small-format items (e.g. 10 or 30 ml. fragrances, 100 or 250 g. emulsifiers). Alternatively, they may be provided as an optional service at a cost of €10 (+ VAT) per certificate.
For all users, the Product Information Sheet is available. It includes key technical specifications, safety guidelines, product description, usage instructions, and storage conditions.
For special orders, out-of-catalog items, on-request formats, sold-out products, or bulk quantities, please contact us by phone or email.
