Forgot to add something to your order?
Even with the best attention, it can happen to miss an item when completing your order. Here’s what to do.
1) If the order hasn’t been paid yet
This is the easiest case: let us know and we’ll add the missing products to your order. The total will be updated and you can proceed with payment using your chosen method.
You can use this option for 1–2 items; otherwise, please place an additional order as described below.
2) If payment has already been made and the order is being processed
Once payment is completed, the order can no longer be modified. Please place a new order and follow these steps:
- Place a new order (minimum amount €15).
- Select “Pickup at warehouse” as the shipping method (even if the order will be shipped by courier).
- Complete the payment.
- Send us an email (you can use the Contact us form) asking us to combine the two orders. Please include both order numbers.
