Pick-up in store

f you are in Milan or passing through, you can collect your order directly from our warehouse, saving on shipping costs and receiving your products sooner. The same procedure applies if you prefer to arrange collection through your own courier.

How to arrange collection

You must notify us in advance before collecting your order; otherwise, you may have to wait. Here's how to proceed:

1. Place your order on our website as usual.
2. At checkout, on the first screen, uncheck the box "Shipping address is the same as billing address".
3. Check the box "Collection from our Milan warehouse".
4. Select your preferred payment method. You can also pay in cash.
5. Contact us by phone or email to provide your order number and let us know when you plan to collect it, so we can have everything ready for you.

Please note that we are not a retail store, but a collection point. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm.

We do not have a showroom, so it is not possible to browse or select products on site.
