Shipping & Delivery
Glamour Cosmetics® ships orders by express courier.
To save on shipping costs, if you are visiting Milan you can collect your products directly from our premises: you will find all the information you need here.
Express Courier
To ensure safe, fast and reliable deliveries, we entrust the shipment of your orders to BRT Bartolini. Delivery to the main destinations generally takes 24–48 hours, while smaller towns and certain areas in southern Italy and on the islands may require 48–72 hours.
We will send you an email notification when your parcel is collected by the courier. You will then receive an email or SMS notification directly from the courier when your parcel is out for delivery.
Shipping rates for Italy (effective from 10 July 2024)
We keep our express courier shipping rates as low as possible. Rates vary according to the total weight of the order, and shipping is free above the following order values, including VAT:

From 1 September 2026, the minimum order value for delivery is 35.
Shipping rates for EU countries
Orders within the European Union are shipped by road and entrusted to UPS.
Due to frequent changes in courier rates and fuel costs, shipping charges are calculated when the order is placed.
Free-shipping thresholds are available based on the weight and value of the order and are applied automatically at checkout.
Shipping to Switzerland. Due to high costs and customs-related issues, we recommend having your parcel delivered to a courier depot or post office in Italy for collection. However, you may request delivery to Switzerland by contacting us at ufficiospedizioni@glamourcosmetics.it.
Shipping to the United Kingdom. Following Brexit, shipments to the United Kingdom are handled in accordance with the new EU–UK trade regulations described on this page.
